RMR were recommended to us by friends and after being invited to see his home and previous projects we quickly realised that Raki definitely had the vision that would deliver something special, our only concerns were whether we had the budget to match! However Raki worked very closely with us to discuss how we could find a compromise but still deliver a stunning result and although it has stretched us, that has certainly been the outcome. We engaged RMR to build our extension and design and build the newly remodelled space from start to finish. Raki encouraged us to make the most of the opportunity and every recommendation has been borne out. The new kitchen is now the heart of a house that it has truly transformed and I would thoroughly recommend Raki and his team to anybody else undertaking such a project.

RMR Group undertook a complete refurbishment of our home and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They have transformed our home into a wonderful family space that beautifully fits our needs as a family. The quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail is exceptional. We worked together on all the elements from the plans and structural changes through to the finishing touches of door handles, paint colours and light fittings. They really understood the look and feel we wanted to create. Unlike many other building projects of this nature, we encountered very few bumps in the road – in general it was a smooth and easy process throughout the work and everything was completed to an incredibly high standard. We were recommended to use RMR by a neighbour and we have never had cause to regret it. From design concept through to completion the team were excellent. Raki’s vision and the skills and experienced craftsmanship of his team is a winning combination. At no point was the project neglected in favour of another build – we had several people on site every day for six months. Everyone we worked with at RMR are pleasant, personable, extremely competent and very hard-working. Nothing is too much trouble. We are delighted with the end-result and would not hesitate to recommend RMR to anyone.

From start to the end, Raki was a great coordinator and support. The builders are amazing, very professional and the brick walls are just perfect. A great renovation without losing too much of the Victorian characteristics. The carpenter’s work is just outstanding – beautiful carpentry from Neill & Co. His passion is so obvious in his beautiful furniture. My 8 years old son, Luca has put it rightly: RMR stands for Raki Marvellous Renovation 😀
